Open Positions
Lead Bucuti & Tara's storytelling, media relations and brand communications across international and local markets. Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years' PR or communications experience and a portfolio required.
Keep Bucuti & Tara's public, service and back-of-house areas clean, stocked and organized in support of the Housekeeping team. Basic English required.
Lead the sustainability strategy of one of the world's most recognized sustainable luxury resorts, from certifications to Carbon Negative goals. Bachelor's degree and sustainability leadership experience required.
Prepare Bucuti & Tara guestrooms for the night during the 2PM–10PM turndown shift, with warm guest service. Housekeeping and customer service experience and fluent English required.
Keep Bucuti & Tara's guestrooms, public areas and F&B areas in immaculate shape as a hands-on maintenance technician. HVAC, electrical, mechanical, carpentry or plumbing experience required.
Support the Chief Engineer and supervise Bucuti & Tara's engineering technicians and contractors across daily maintenance and projects. Two years' supervisory hotel engineering experience required.
Support the Director of F&B in leading culinary operations at Elements Restaurant, SandBar, Tara Lounge and the cafeteria. Two years' luxury leadership experience and English and Spanish required.
Welcome guests, manage reservations and coordinate seating at Elements Restaurant at Bucuti & Tara. High school diploma, fluent English and a valid health certificate required.
