For candidates
Be specific about stations and volumes: grill, garde manger, pastry, banquets; à la carte or buffet; how many covers. If you have a culinary diploma, name it. If you learned on the job, name the kitchens and the chefs you worked under.
Every cook in Aruba needs a valid health certificate. Keep it current and list it on your profile.
For employers
Name the station and the cuisine. "Cook" for a breakfast buffet and "cook" for an à la carte Italian kitchen are different jobs. A short trial shift or a practical test tells you more than a CV. Remind candidates that a valid health certificate is required.
