Overview

These Employer Terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Use and govern your use of Aruba Jobs as an Employer or Recruiter account.

Employer Accounts

Employer and Recruiter accounts are intended for genuine businesses and individuals hiring for real, currently available positions in good faith.

Job Postings

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any job listing you publish. Listings must not contain discriminatory requirements, misleading compensation claims, or requests for payment from candidates.

Job Packages & Fees

Posting a job listing requires a listing credit from a job package. Prices, included credits and how long each listing stays online are shown on our Job Packages and Pricing pages and at checkout. Payments, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Employer Terms.

Candidate Data

When a candidate applies to your listing or you access the Candidate Directory, you may only use candidate information for legitimate recruitment purposes related to that opportunity, and must not share, sell, or otherwise misuse candidate data.

Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove any listing, or suspend any Employer/Recruiter account, that violates these Terms or our general Terms of Use.

Termination

You may deactivate your company profile at any time. We may suspend or terminate employer access for violations of these terms.
