Why we started

Aruba Jobs started in 2016 with a simple idea: the island’s job openings deserve a home of their own. Over the ten years since, we have worked with employers across Aruba, from the large resorts to small local businesses, and learned how hiring on the island works: which roles are hard to fill, what candidates want to know before they apply, and what makes a listing get answered.

Aruba Jobs brings the island’s openings together. Every listing is in one place, written in plain language, with the details that matter before you apply: where the job is, the hours and contract type, the experience it asks for, and exactly how to apply.

Built around how the island works

The site follows Aruba’s own economy. You will find hospitality, food & beverage, guest service, water sports, engineering and maintenance alongside retail, healthcare, administration and IT, from entry-level roles to senior positions. Jobs are listed by location, from Oranjestad and Noord to Palm Beach, Eagle Beach and San Nicolas.

For employers, that means reaching local candidates directly. For jobseekers, it means one profile that works for every application, and an alert as soon as a role that fits your skills is posted.

Growing with you

Ten years on, we keep improving Aruba Jobs based on what jobseekers and employers tell us, from the Resume and Cover Letter Builders to the career guides in our Knowledge Base. If something could work better, or there is a feature you are missing, let us know.

Our mission

Every job on the island, in one place — connecting local talent with local employers.

Your profile and CV

Your CV does the heavy lifting

A complete profile is what employers search and what job matches are based on. Two ways to get there, and they work in both directions:

  • Already have a CV? Let it fill in your profile.

Upload your CV as a PDF or Word file. Your work history, education, certificates, skills and languages are read from it and set out for you to check, and nothing is saved until you confirm.

  • No CV yet? Build one in minutes.

The Resume Builder guides you step by step, starts from what is already in your profile, and shows the finished page as you type. Download it as a print-ready PDF when you are done.

What we stand for

Four promises that shape every part of the site.

Local first

Only jobs in Aruba, from local employers — not island roles buried among thousands of listings from elsewhere.

Free for jobseekers

Search and save jobs, set job alerts, keep your profile and use the Resume and Cover Letter Builders without paying anything.

Real jobs, real employers

Every new listing is checked by a person before it goes live, and anything reported as suspicious is reviewed and taken down if it does not hold up.

Fair for employers

Buy listing credits when you are hiring — no subscription, no recurring fees, no contract.
