Position Highlights
Host/Hostess (AM/PM). As the first and last point of contact at Elements Restaurant, your core purpose is to create a welcoming, memorable impression and a seamless flow of service. You will manage reservations with precision across internal and external systems, coordinate seating thoughtfully and handle guest inquiries in person, by phone and by email.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and farewell guests at Elements Restaurant, setting the tone for an exceptional experience
- Manage reservations with precision and care using internal and external reservation systems
- Coordinate seating efficiently to support a seamless flow of service
- Handle guest inquiries in person, by phone and by email with confidence and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and support the service team during each meal period
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements:
High school diploma required; an associate degree is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with administrative or reservation responsibilities. Fluent in English (spoken and written); Italian or German are a plus. A valid health certificate is required. Flexible to work AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays. Pre-employment drug screening applies.
Core Skills:
Reservation management and seating coordination. Comfortable with systems and technology; reservation platform experience is an asset. Multichannel guest communication.
Soft Skills:
Genuine passion for hospitality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, calm, professional, confident and proactive.
Success Metrics
Reservations are accurate, seating flows smoothly, guest inquiries are answered promptly, and every guest leaves Elements with a warm, memorable impression.
