For candidates
Say how many employees you paid, how often (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) and in which system. In Aruba payroll includes social premiums such as AOV, AWW and AZV and wage tax; show you know how they work. Since 1 January 2026 the minimum wage is set per hour; see our guide to the hourly minimum wage.
For employers
Give headcount, pay frequency and the system. Accuracy matters more than speed here, so ask how the candidate checks a payroll run before it is paid.
