Position Highlights
Turndown Room Attendant (2PM – 10PM). Working the evening turndown shift, your core purpose is to prepare guestrooms for the night so each space is refreshed, tidy and inviting when guests return. You will interact with guests warmly and professionally, responding to requests with courtesy while keeping the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in hospitality. Customer service experience is required. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus. Physically able to lift, push and pull moderate to heavy loads. Flexible to work PM shifts, weekends and holidays. Pre-employment drug screening applies.
Core Skills:
Evening turndown service and room presentation. Guest interaction and request handling. Comfortable using basic technology.
Soft Skills:
Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude, willing to learn, a team player who is also comfortable working independently.
Success Metrics
Every room is turned down to standard and ready for the guest's return, requests are handled promptly and courteously, and presentation standards hold even during busy evenings.
