Run a kitchen section at Divi Resorts under the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, supervising cooks and upholding food standards. EPI culinary diploma and supervisory experience required.
Support the F&B Leaders in running Divi Resorts outlets, banquets and events: rosters, service standards, stock, cash and sales reporting. EPI hospitality diploma or 2 years' experience required.
