Activities Coordinator. In this engaging role, you serve as a key facilitator of the guest experience, coordinating diverse events and recreational programs. You will exercise quiet authority and professional enthusiasm to ensure our entertainment facilities and activities are delivered with meticulous attention to detail and safety. By maintaining high standards of organization and guest interaction, you contribute to the vibrant and stable atmosphere our visitors value.
High School Diploma is required. Candidates must possess a swimming diploma and a valid Dutch passport or work permit for Aruba. Valid First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred.
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Dutch is essential for effective guest communication. Strong organizational skills for inventory management and event coordination. Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
Friendly, service-minded personality with excellent multitasking abilities. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to guest needs.
