Night Auditor. As the analytical backbone of our overnight operations, your core purpose is to ensure the financial integrity of the resort’s daily transactions. You balance the complex intersection of accounting precision and guest service, reconciling daily activity while providing a professional and welcoming presence for guests during the late-night hours.
MAVO or EPI diploma. A minimum of 2 years of front desk experience is preferred, along with prior cashiering experience. Must possess a Dutch passport or a valid Aruban work permit. Flexibility to work consistent overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and standard hospitality property management systems. Strong mathematical and reconciliation skills. Full fluency in English, Spanish, and Dutch to effectively support our international and local clientele.
Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. A professional, friendly demeanor with the ability to work independently and maintain composure in a quiet, high-stakes environment.
Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in the completion of daily flash reports and financial audits. Consistently clean reconciliations with minimal discrepancies reported. Maintained high standards of guest service and security during overnight operations.
