Floating Concierge. In this versatile and service-driven role, you serve as a key point of contact for our guests across multiple spa locations. Your core purpose is to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and informative spa experience from the moment a guest arrives. By managing reservations and service coordination with a calm, confident, and understated professional presence, you support the high standards of a world-class luxury brand.
MAVO or HAVO diploma or equivalent educational background. Guest services certifications and prior experience in a spa or guest relations environment preferred. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Advanced proficiency in scheduling and service coordination. Strong sales ability with a focus on professional upselling. Exceptional multilingual capabilities in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento.
A professional appearance and a warm, positive attitude. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Reliable time management and a proactive approach to team support.
Excellence in this role is demonstrated by high guest satisfaction ratings and the seamless coordination of spa schedules across locations. Success is measured by the accuracy of reservation data, the professional promotion of spa services resulting in increased guest engagement, and your ability to maintain a calm, welcoming environment even during peak operational hours.
