Position Highlights

Hair Stylist. In this active, guest-facing role, you provide the expert styling and exceptional service necessary to elevate the spa experience. Working with quiet authority, your core purpose is to communicate professionally with guests and staff while delivering premium hair care services within a serene, highly organized environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair styling services to spa guests within a premium hotel setting.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with guests, management, and staff.
• Support the existing team structure and daily spa operations.
• Maintain a highly organized, neat, and tidy personal presentation and workspace.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with flexibility for various shifts.

Core Skills:

At least 2 years of experience in a spa environment, with previous experience in a hotel environment preferred. Fluency in Papiamento, English, Dutch, and Spanish.

Soft Skills:

Highly organized, professional, and team-oriented with excellent communication abilities.

Success is measured by your ability to maintain a neat, organized environment, proactively support the existing team structure, and uphold the professional standards of the spa.
