As a Front Office Agent you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will expertly manage arrivals and departures, handle guest inquiries and requests, and maintain accurate room and billing records to ensure a flawlessly executed stay.
An EPB or MAVO Diploma is required, and previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not strictly necessary. Candidates must hold a valid Dutch Passport or a valid work permit to apply. Full professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Dutch is essential to communicate effectively with our international guests.
Candidates must possess strong capabilities in seamless check-in, check-out, and guest registration procedures. Additionally, expertise in cashiering, bank securement, and daily report balancing is required. A solid foundation in front desk operations and facility orientation is essential, supported by great computer skills for reservation management and billing.
The ideal candidate is highly service-oriented and maintains a professional demeanor at all times. We are seeking a responsive and solution-driven individual who handles guest complaints professionally and courteously. Furthermore, adaptability to working different shifts is required to support continuous resort operations.
Excellence in this role is demonstrated by high guest satisfaction, minimal wait times at the front desk, and highly accurate cashiering and registration records. Success is measured by your proactive approach to resolving guest issues swiftly and maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional reception environment.
