F&B Beach Server. In this essential guest-facing role, you serve as a key ambassador of the island experience. Your core purpose is to provide seamless and attentive service to guests enjoying our world-class beach facilities. By managing orders and guest needs with a calm, confident, and understated professional presence, you contribute directly to the comfort and satisfaction of our international clientele while maintaining the high standards of the Divi brand.
Completed EPB or MAVO education; EPI is considered an advantage. Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a valid Health Card and a Dutch Passport or valid work permit for Aruba.
Previous experience in a server or similar food and beverage role is required. Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation. Multilingual capabilities in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento.
A friendly, service-minded personality with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Must be reliable and capable of working independently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Excellence in this role is demonstrated by high levels of guest satisfaction and the seamless delivery of food and beverage services in a beach environment. Success is measured by your ability to maintain clean and organized service stations, the accuracy of your order and payment processing, and your contribution to a stable and efficient team workflow during peak operational periods.
