Position Highlights
Food & Beverage Manager. Responsible for every food and beverage outlet, your core purpose is to drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, financial results and team development. You will lead restaurants, bars, banquets and events, coach department leaders, manage budgets and costs, and make sure each outlet reflects Amsterdam Manor's personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all restaurant, bar, banquet and event operations
- Develop and coach department leaders and Food and Beverage teams
- Drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, inventory and labor costs
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on promotions and special events
- Champion food safety, sustainability and service quality standards
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business or a related field. Minimum 5 years of Food and Beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel or luxury resort, with proven leadership of multi-outlet operations. Fluent in English and Spanish; Dutch and/or Papiamento are an advantage. Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Core Skills:
Strong financial, budgeting, forecasting and cost-control skills. Proficient in hospitality technology, including Microsoft Office, POS systems (ALOHA or equivalent), inventory systems (Yellow Dog) and reporting tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, coaching and communication abilities.
Success Metrics
All outlets deliver consistent, personalized service, revenue and guest satisfaction grow, budgets and costs are on target, and leaders and teams develop steadily.
