Position Highlights

Sales Concierge. In this essential role at Eagle Beach, you serve as the primary brand ambassador and first point of contact for resort guests. Your core purpose is to identify, engage, and invite potential members to discover the exclusive benefits of our vacation ownership programs, transforming casual interactions into professional opportunities for club growth and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with resort guests and visitors to introduce the exclusive benefits of the Divi Vacation Club.
• Qualify potential leads and schedule interested guests for professional sales presentations and resort tours.
• Provide accurate and helpful information regarding resort amenities, local activities, and membership value propositions.
• Meet or exceed daily performance targets through consistent and professional guest outreach.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to refine guest engagement and lead acquisition strategies.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and optimistic presence that aligns with the premium standards of the Divi brand.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in hospitality guest services or a sales-focused environment is highly preferred. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, within a world-class resort setting.

Core Skills:

Full fluency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus. Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in standard office computer applications. Proven ability to guide conversations and persuade with professional poise.

Soft Skills:

Naturally vibrant and optimistic personality. A service-driven mindset characterized by resilience and a focus on solutions rather than obstacles.

Success Metrics

Consistently meeting lead qualification and tour booking quotas. Maintaining high guest satisfaction ratings through professional and helpful interactions. Demonstrating a proactive approach to team collaboration and internal operational excellence.
