Position Highlights
Houseman. Supporting the housekeeping operation, your core purpose is to keep public areas, service areas and back-of-house spaces clean, organized and prepared to the highest standards. Your work behind the scenes delivers the comfort, quality and consistency guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain public areas, service areas and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
- Assist with daily housekeeping operations
- Keep supplies well stocked and areas prepared
- Uphold housekeeping standards consistently throughout the resort
- Support colleagues across the department when needed
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or customer service is an advantage. Basic communication skills in English. Physically able to lift, push and pull moderate to heavy loads. Flexible to work AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays. Pre-employment drug screening applies.
Core Skills:
Cleaning and organizing public and back-of-house areas. Stock replenishment. Comfortable using technology and digital tools in daily operations.
Soft Skills:
Reliable and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. Team player who also works independently and takes initiative.
Success Metrics
Assigned areas are consistently clean, stocked and well prepared, and the housekeeping team is well supported throughout each shift.
