Position Highlights
Public Area Attendant. In this essential role, you provide the flawless first impression that defines the guest experience. Your core purpose is to ensure all resort lobbies, walkways, pool decks, and shared spaces remain pristine and beautifully presented. By managing these environments with a calm and confident professional presence, you support the overall resort aesthetic and contribute directly to the comfort and satisfaction of our international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the immaculate cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and outdoor corridors.
- Empty trash receptacles and manage waste and recyclables according to strict environmental guidelines.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, accidental spills, or specific cleaning needs across the resort grounds.
- Conduct regular inspections of shared spaces and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Greet guests warmly throughout the property, embodying our standard of exceptional hospitality.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and manage supplies to ensure the efficient maintenance of high-traffic areas.
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements:
High school (EPB) degree or equivalent educational background. Physical stamina to work actively and comfortably throughout the shift. Flexibility to work varied hours as required by resort operations. Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is highly preferred.
Core Skills:
Proficiency in professional cleaning techniques and chemical safety protocols. Basic customer service skills for guest interaction. Adherence to environmental and sustainability disposal standards.
Soft Skills:
A keen natural eye for detail and a proactive mindset. A friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
