Position Highlights
Public Area Attendant. Working closely with the housekeeping team, your core purpose is to keep all public spaces, including lobbies, corridors and restrooms, impeccably clean and inviting. You will maintain presentation standards, replenish supplies and report maintenance or safety issues, while offering friendly service to guests and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways and restrooms
- Ensure high presentation standards across all assigned spaces
- Replenish supplies and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Assist the housekeeping department as needed to support smooth daily operations
- Deliver friendly, professional service to guests and colleagues
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent. Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferable. Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic English communication skills are a plus.
Core Skills:
Public area cleaning and presentation standards. Supply replenishment. Reporting maintenance and safety issues.
Soft Skills:
Friendly and professional with guests and colleagues. Dedicated team player with attention to detail.
Success Metrics
Lobbies, corridors and restrooms are always clean and inviting, supplies are replenished, and issues are reported promptly.
