Position Highlights

Sales Representative. You are an energetic and outgoing relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with others, influencing decisions, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Your core purpose is to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth by creating excitement around our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customer relationships through networking, outreach, and referrals.

• Present products and solutions in a compelling and consultative manner with confidence and enthusiasm.

• Identify customer needs and position offerings to drive value.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

• Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning.

• Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Proven experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment. Fluency in English and Papiamento to effectively serve our local market. Valid driver’s license and mobility for client visits across the island.

Core Skills:

Sales pipeline management, consultative selling, new business generation, professional presentation skills, and market trend analysis.

Soft Skills:

Outgoing, confident, and persuasive communicator. Natural relationship-builder energized by meeting new people and achieving goals with a positive attitude.
