Position Highlights

Sales Supervisor. As a commercially driven leader your core purpose is to guide our dynamic sales team toward performance excellence. You will drive results through expert product advice and proactive client engagement, ensuring that our service standards remain the benchmark for the wholesale industry in Aruba.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and maintain service excellence.
• Provide sound, expert advice to clients regarding our extensive product portfolio.
• Manage and optimize sales transactions while ensuring a customer-centric approach.
• Foster strong commercial relationships and identify growth opportunities within the local market.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain and delivery operations.
• Conduct routine market analysis to stay ahead of client needs and industry trends.
• Maintain a professional and tidy sales environment while overseeing daily shift operations.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Completed MBO or HBO degree (or equivalent thinking work level). 3–5 years of proven experience in the wholesale or retail industry as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar leadership role. Availability for a flexible schedule committed to excellence beyond standard business hours.

Core Skills:

Sales management, product advisory, commercial relationship building, and supply chain coordination. Proficiency in managing high-volume sales transactions and client databases.

Soft Skills:

Stress-resistant, proactive, and commercially driven. Possesses a friendly personality with the “quiet authority” to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Success Metrics

Performance and sales targets are consistently met or exceeded by the team. Demonstrated growth in client retention and positive feedback regarding product expertise. Seamless internal collaboration resulting in high operational efficiency and minimized logistical delays.
