Position Highlights

Warehouse Helper. In this essential role based in Bubali, you serve as a key contributor to the efficiency of our distribution hub. Your core purpose is to maintain the flow of inventory, ensuring that products are accurately received, organized, and prepared for dispatch. You are a vital link in the supply chain, supporting our commitment to reliability and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the unloading of incoming shipments and verifying quantities against delivery documents.
• Organize and restock inventory within the warehouse to maximize space and accessibility.
• Prepare and stage orders for the delivery team with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform routine checks to ensure operational readiness.
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or damages to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock rotations to ensure product freshness and availability.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Prior experience in a warehouse or logistical environment is preferred. Physical stamina to handle manual labor and lift moderate to heavy weights throughout the shift. Reliability and a strong commitment to punctuality.

Core Skills:

Basic inventory management, knowledge of warehouse safety protocols, and the ability to operate manual handling equipment.

Soft Skills:

Detail-oriented mindset, a proactive approach to tasks, and the ability to work effectively within a disciplined team.

Success Metrics
