Position Highlights
As a Cook, you are a vital contributor to our renowned culinary team. Your core purpose is to execute exceptional fine-dining creations that align with our rigorous standards of taste, presentation, and dietary inclusivity, directly elevating the luxury guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes that consistently meet our exceptional fine-dining standards.
- Manage workstation setup, ingredient prep, and culinary workflow to ensure seamless service during peak dining hours.
- Collaborate closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to support overarching kitchen operations and precise menu execution.
- Adapt effectively to special dietary requests, ensuring safe modifications without compromising flavor or visual presentation.
- Uphold uncompromising, rigorous standards for kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and health protocols.
Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a comparable fine dining position. Formal qualification from a recognized culinary school. Valid Health Certificate. Fluency in English and Spanish. (Note: As a drug-free workplace, applicants are subject to pre-employment and random drug testing).

Core Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of diverse, high-end cooking procedures and methods. High precision in ingredient preparation and plating aesthetics.

Success Metrics
Maintained consistency in dish flavor profiles and plating presentation. Zero health, safety, or sanitation violations. Seamless collaboration and communication during high-volume service shifts.
