Position Highlights

Beach Attendant. In this highly visible role, you serve as a guardian of the guest experience on our pristine shoreline. Your core purpose is to provide attentive, personalized service while ensuring our beach facilities remain in immaculate condition. By managing the comfort and needs of our guests with a calm, confident, and understated professional presence, you contribute directly to the tranquil atmosphere that defines the Bucuti & Tara experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively greet guests and provide expert assistance with beach seating and towel setups.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently to the beach area.
• Maintain the immaculate cleanliness and organization of all beach facilities and equipment throughout the shift.
• Ensure all beach furniture and supplies are maintained in excellent condition, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
• Engage with international guests in a polite and helpful manner, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met.
• Adhere strictly to the resort’s sustainability and conservation protocols in all daily operations.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a luxury hospitality or beachfront environment. Proficiency in English is required; fluency in additional European languages such as German or Italian is highly preferred. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Core Skills:

Exceptional verbal communication skills. Proficiency in order-taking and service delivery. Strong physical stamina to manage beach equipment and move across sandy terrain comfortably throughout the shift.

Soft Skills:

A friendly, outgoing, and bright personality. Polite and confident with a great deal of patience. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining facility standards.

Success Metrics

Excellence in this role is demonstrated by high guest satisfaction ratings and the consistent pristine presentation of the beach area. Success is measured by the accuracy and speed of service delivery, as well as the ability to maintain a calm, professional environment even during peak resort occupancy.
