For candidates
Name the tours you have led (island tours, jeep or UTV, walking, snorkel or boat) and the group sizes. Accuracy matters: check facts about Aruba's history, nature and culture against reliable sources, not other guides' stories. A valid driver's licence and a first aid certificate strengthen your profile.
For employers
Say whether the guide also drives, what vehicle, and the group size. Ask for the languages your guests speak. A five-minute sample of a stop on your route is a fair test of knowledge and delivery.
