Front Desk Agent – Sundays – 8 hours. As the primary touchpoint for our resort members and international guests, your core purpose is to facilitate a seamless and professional registration process. You serve as an essential brand ambassador, combining administrative precision with a welcoming presence to ensure guest accounts are accurate and all inquiries are handled with care and efficiency.
EPI degree in hospitality or an equivalent qualification. One year of experience in a similar front-office role is highly desirable. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic knowledge of night audit functions is a plus. Full fluency in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento is required for effective cultural communication.
Exceptional listening skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Must maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance that aligns with the resort’s professional standards.
Excellence in this role is defined by the accuracy of guest financial records and the achievement of high guest satisfaction scores during the registration process. Success is demonstrated through strict adherence to sustainability policies and the ability to maintain professional composure and punctuality during high-occupancy periods.
