Position Highlights

Warehouse Helper. As a hands-on member of the warehouse team, your core purpose is to keep materials flowing safely from receiving to delivery. You will receive and organize incoming materials, operate forklifts and company vehicles, assist drivers with loading and unloading, and take part in inventory counts, while communicating professionally with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain professional internal and external communication with customers
• Receive incoming materials, and organize and maintain inventory
• Protect and move materials
• Operate forklifts and other company vehicles as instructed
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading trucks, and deliver materials as directed
• Carry out minor building maintenance
• Participate in inventory counts
• Attend and participate in all required company training programs
• Conform to all company policies and procedures

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

EPB high school diploma. Fluent in Papiamento; other languages are a plus. Must have a driver’s license and a certificate to operate forklifts. Good physical health, with the ability to move, lift and carry up to 35 kg. Must have a valid Health Card. Must hold a Dutch passport or a valid work permit.

Core Skills:

Forklift and company vehicle operation. Receiving, storing and moving materials safely. Loading, unloading and delivering materials. Inventory counts and a good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.

Soft Skills:

Able to work independently without constant supervision. Professional and courteous communication with colleagues and customers. Dependable, cooperative with drivers and the wider team, and committed to company policies and training.

Success Metrics

Incoming materials are received, protected and stored correctly, and inventory counts are accurate. Trucks are loaded and unloaded safely, deliveries go out as directed, and forklifts and vehicles are operated without incident in line with company safety procedures.
