Position Highlights

Jetski & Beach Attendant. As a proactive and safety-conscious member of our frontline operations, your core purpose is to manage the daily flow of our premium beach-based activities. You serve as the face of Delphi Watersports, ensuring that our jetski fleet is perfectly prepared and that every guest receives the professional safety guidance necessary for an unforgettable experience on the water. This role is essential for maintaining the operational stability and high service standards our guests expect from a leader in Aruban watersports.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and maintenance of our premium jetski fleet, including routine cleaning and refueling.
• Conduct clear and comprehensive safety briefings for guests before all water activities.
• Assist with the daily setup, organization, and breakdown of beach equipment and shoreline facilities.
• Monitor guest activity on the water to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maritime regulations.
• Maintain a professional, calm, and welcoming presence in a vibrant, high-energy environment.
• Document and report any equipment maintenance needs to the operations manager.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and safe transition for all beach operations.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Excellent swimming skills and a high level of comfort working in marine environments. Strong physical stamina for managing equipment on the sand and water. Fluent speaking skills in English, Dutch, and Spanish. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays and availability to be on call after office hours.

Core Skills:

Technical knowledge of jetski maintenance, refueling protocols, and familiarity with local maritime No Boating Zones. Valid First Aid and CPR certifications (Additional Pro).

Soft Skills:

A proactive, guest-centric approach characterized by quiet authority. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude.
