Position Highlights

Front Office Agent. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you represent the “quiet authority” and genuine warmth of Costa Linda. Your core purpose is to provide a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure, managing check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency while serving as an informative and welcoming guide for our local and international travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and execute check-in and check-out procedures with professional efficiency.
• Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and service requests with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Handle multi-line phone systems and electronic communications accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate seamlessly with other departments to ensure all guest needs and resort standards are met.
• Maintain perfectly accurate guest records and handle financial transactions with integrity and security.
• Provide expert information regarding resort amenities, local attractions, and island activities.
• Resolve guest concerns or issues with professional poise and a commitment to excellence.
• Maintain a professional and organized workstation while effectively managing multiple activities.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Minimum MAVO diploma or equivalent. Must be comfortable working from a standing position for the duration of a shift. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by resort operations, including weekends and holidays.

Core Skills:

Multilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, and Dutch. Computer literacy with the ability to master property management systems (PMS). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Soft Skills:

Friendly, approachable, and optimistic personality. Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a loud, fast-paced, and high-energy environment.

Success Metrics

Demonstrated consistency in efficient check-in/check-out times and accurate guest documentation. High guest satisfaction scores highlighting personalized service and professional demeanor. Maintained accuracy in financial transactions and daily shift reporting.
