Position Highlights
Restaurant Manager. Running two restaurant outlets, your core purpose is to combine operational excellence, people development, guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will lead by example, coach supervisors and service teams, resolve service challenges as they happen and look for revenue opportunities so every meal feels effortless for the guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations across both outlets
- Coach, develop and motivate restaurant supervisors and service teams
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve service challenges
- Monitor financial performance and identify revenue opportunities
- Support promotions, special events and guest engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sustainability and operational standards
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent hospitality qualification. Minimum 5 years of restaurant or hotel management experience, with proven leadership in a high-volume restaurant or hotel. Fluent in English and Spanish; Dutch and/or Papiamento are an advantage. Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Core Skills:
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory and cost control. Computer savvy with Microsoft Office and hospitality systems.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and guest service skills. A hands-on leader who coaches the team and resolves challenges calmly.
Success Metrics
Both outlets run smoothly with well-coached teams, guest satisfaction stays high, service issues are resolved on the spot, and financial targets and standards for food safety and sustainability are met.
