Position Highlights

Housekeeping Attendant. In this detail-oriented and service-driven role, you serve as the caretaker of the guest’s personal sanctuary. At Bucuti & Tara, the guestroom is the heart of the guest experience. Your core purpose is to ensure each room is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. By working with quiet authority and consistency, you create the relaxing, refined environment that our international guests value.

Key Responsibilities

• Service assigned guestrooms efficiently and with meticulous care.
• Ensure all rooms are exceptionally clean, well-stocked with amenities, and prepared in a timely manner.
• Interact with guests politely and professionally, assisting with requests to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
• Resolve any guest concerns with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
• Utilize basic technology to support daily housekeeping operations and departmental communication.
• Adhere strictly to all resort safety, health, and sustainability protocols.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred, and customer service experience is required. Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling moderate to heavy loads. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Core Skills:

Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional European languages is a distinct advantage. Comfortable using basic technology to support daily operations.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative, professional approach under pressure.

Success Metrics

Consistently high cleanliness ratings and positive guest feedback regarding room presentation. Efficient completion of daily room assignments within established timeframes. Demonstrated ability to remain focused, calm, and professional during peak operational periods.
