Position Highlights

As a Public Area Attendant reporting to the Department Manager, your primary focus will be maintaining the pristine condition of the resort’s shared spaces. You will ensure the cleanliness of public areas, including restrooms, the lobby, and back offices, strictly following Casa del Mar policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of public areas, which include restrooms, the lobby, and back office spaces
• Maintain all assigned areas in accordance with Casa del Mar (CDM) policies and guidelines
• Give assistance to room attendants when needed
• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements

• Secondary school education is preferred
• A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred
• Must be physically capable to meet the requirements of the position, such as physical mobility and stamina

Core Skills

• Public area and facility cleaning
• Safe handling and usage of strong chemicals for cleaning purposes
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services

Soft Skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Highly detail-oriented
• Prompt, courteous, and focused on guest satisfaction
