Position Highlights

Security & Loss Prevention Supervisor. Leading a team that combines the vigilance of security officers with the warmth of luxury hotel bellmen, your core purpose is to ensure every guest feels both welcomed and protected from arrival to departure. You stay hands-on, equally comfortable assisting a guest with luggage and responding to a security concern.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise the Security / Bellman team to high standards of safety and guest service
• Take part in daily operations, including welcoming guests, handling luggage, assisting with arrivals and departures and coordinating transportation
• Ensure security officers consistently show hospitality, professionalism, discretion and a proactive service mindset
• Coordinate security coverage, shift schedules, patrols and operational handovers
• Monitor property security, identify potential risks and respond to incidents and emergencies
• Oversee the Lost & Found operation, including accurate registration, secure storage, inventory control and proper handling of recovered belongings
• Implement preventive measures to safeguard guest belongings, resort assets and operational resources
• Conduct incident reviews, maintain accurate reports and follow through on corrective actions
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering and Resort Management
• Support ongoing training in security awareness, guest interaction, service excellence and emergency procedures

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel security, loss prevention, bell services or hospitality operations, preferably with supervisory responsibilities. Experience in incident reporting, security procedures and emergency response. Proficiency in English; Papiamento, Dutch and Spanish are considered assets. Willing to assist with luggage handling and other physical duties. Flexible to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays. Pre-employment drug screening applies.

Guests feel welcomed and protected, incidents are handled and documented promptly, Lost & Found and asset controls are accurate, and the Security / Bellman team delivers consistent safety and service standards.
