Position Overview

Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented F&B Cost Controller to oversee, analyze, and optimize Food & Beverage costs. This role is essential for supporting accurate reporting, managing inventory, and streamlining purchasing processes to drive strong financial performance across the resort’s culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze daily Food & Beverage costs to optimize departmental profitability.
• Support and execute accurate financial reporting related to F&B operations.
• Manage and monitor inventory and purchasing processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Utilize inventory purchasing management systems, POS, and Microsoft Excel to track data.
• Collaborate with culinary and finance teams to drive strong overall financial performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel accounting or specific F&B cost control roles.
• Strong, demonstrated knowledge of F&B costing principles and inventory management.
• Practical experience utilizing inventory purchasing management systems.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, POS software, and financial reporting systems.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and consistently accurate in data handling.
• Possession of a Dutch passport or a valid work permit for Aruba.
