Position Highlights

As an Accounting & Finance Associate, you will provide essential support in daily accounting operations. This role acts as a vital reliever across all accounting functions during team members’ vacation or sick leave, offering an excellent opportunity to gain cross-functional experience within our department.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity and accuracy across Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions.
• Maintain precise records for Membership Accounting, Inventory, and Revenue Accounting.
• Provide comprehensive daily support to the Finance and Accounting Department.
• Act as a versatile reliever for various accounting roles to ensure seamless department operations during absences.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements

Candidates must hold a HAVO – EPI education or equivalent and possess two to three years of experience in a similar position. Applicants must be between 25 and 45 years of age and hold either Dutch Nationality or a valid work permit.

Core Skills

Essential capabilities include proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish are strictly required.

Soft Skills

We are seeking a trustworthy, service-oriented professional with a highly analytical mindset and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate is an adaptable team player who takes initiative, possesses excellent organizational skills, and maintains strict attention to detail.
