Position Highlights

As a Front Office Reliever, you serve as the versatile backbone of our guest service operations. Your core purpose is to provide seamless coverage across various Front Office functions, ensuring that guest experiences remain consistent, professional, and uninterrupted during shift transitions and peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate smooth guest check-in and check-out processes to ensure a welcoming and efficient start and end to every stay.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues with “quiet authority” and professional poise.
• Manage precise cashiering and administrative duties to maintain the financial integrity of front office transactions.
• Maintain and update accurate guest profiles and reservation data within the property management system to support personalized service.
• Facilitate clear, proactive communication with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Provide critical operational support during high-volume periods, maintaining service standards across diverse morning, evening, and holiday shifts.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

• Requirements: HAVO or EPI (Horeca) education level. Dutch nationality or possession of a valid work permit. Must have own transportation. Age range: 21 to 50 years. Willingness to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Core Skills: Multilingual fluency in Papiamento, English, Dutch, and Spanish. Strong technical proficiency with hospitality software and general office technology. Accurate cash handling and record-keeping abilities.
• Soft Skills: Outgoing and professional personality. High level of adaptability and a collaborative team-player mindset. Deep commitment to guest service excellence.

Success Metrics

Zero operational downtime during shift handovers. High accuracy in guest billing and PMS record maintenance. Consistently positive guest feedback regarding responsiveness and service quality during assigned shifts.
