Position Highlights

Beach Attendant & Water Sports Sales. In this dynamic, dual-focus role, you serve as the direct face of our aquatic operations on the beach. Your core purpose is to facilitate complimentary watersports activities — such as kayaking and paddleboarding — with quiet authority and strict adherence to safety protocols. Simultaneously, you act as a respectful and proactive sales professional, guiding guests toward premium excursions to ensure a memorable vacation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with all-inclusive watersports equipment (kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, and floats).
• Deliver clear, professional safety briefings and ensure the completion of all required operational waivers prior to activities.
• Monitor weather and sea conditions continuously, observing guest activities to ensure a secure environment.
• Promote and sell premium excursions, including catamaran trips, jet ski tours, and sunset cruises, strictly following established commercial guidelines.
• Generate sales leads and assist guests with reservations, vouchers, and accurate meeting point information.
• Organize the daily distribution, collection, cleaning, and secure storage of all watersports equipment.
• Respond promptly to any unsafe behavior or emergencies, supporting rescue procedures according to company protocols.
• Maintain the visual presentation, cleanliness, and organizational standards of the beach and watersports area.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Strong swimming skills and the physical ability to work outdoors under sun and beach conditions. Full fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.

Core Skills:

Watersports equipment handling, safety protocol enforcement, lead generation, and excursion sales. Previous experience in tourism, beach operations, or sales is highly preferred.

Soft Skills:

A proactive, energetic, and outgoing personality. Highly responsible and team-oriented, with a professional approach to guest service and strong safety awareness.

Success Metrics

Excellence in this role is demonstrated by high guest satisfaction and a flawless safety record on the beach. Success is further measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed excursion sales targets while maintaining immaculate equipment and a welcoming, highly organized watersports station.
