Position Highlights

Retail Associate. In this essential role, you serve as a brand ambassador for our island lifestyle collections. Your core purpose is to provide a warm and personalized shopping experience while ensuring the smooth flow of daily retail operations. By engaging with a diverse international clientele with a calm, confident, and understated professional presence, you contribute directly to the welcoming atmosphere that defines the Red Sail Aruba experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
• Provide accurate product information to support customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Utilize point-of-sale software to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain the visual presentation and organization of the retail floor to high standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure all store operational goals are met.
• Manage stock levels and inventory presentation to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Minimum of a MAVO educational background. Previous sales experience is considered a strong plus. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Core Skills:

Full fluency in English, Dutch, and Spanish to assist a diverse international clientele. Proficient computer skills for daily retail operations and point-of-sale systems. Mastery of visual merchandising and floor organization.

Soft Skills:

Outgoing and pleasant personality with a commitment to team collaboration. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational precision. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
