Position Highlights
Data Analyst. Working with Senior Management and department leaders, your core purpose is to turn operational, commercial and guest data into clear insights that support better decisions across the resort. You will analyze performance trends, build reports and dashboards, support forecasting and revenue optimization, and find opportunities to improve efficiency, guest experience and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate and analyze data from resort operations to support accurate reporting and decision-making
- Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards and KPI overviews for Senior Management and department leaders
- Track key performance indicators, including ADR, occupancy and RevPAR, and flag meaningful trends and opportunities
- Analyze F&B, housekeeping, maintenance and guest feedback data to support service and profitability decisions
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve reporting, forecasting and automation, checking outputs for accuracy before use
Requirements, Skills & Traits
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, revenue analysis or a comparable role. Hospitality experience preferred; Dutch, Papiamento and/or Spanish are a plus.
Core Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of SQL and data visualization platforms. Experience with Microsoft Power BI and AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Notion. KPI tracking, including ADR, occupancy and RevPAR.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical colleagues. Analytical, accurate and self-motivated.
Success Metrics
Management receives accurate, timely reports and dashboards, KPI trends are flagged early, and data-driven recommendations lead to measurable improvements in revenue, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
