Warehouse & Purchasing Administrative Assistant. In this essential operational role, you facilitate the efficient flow of resources through professional administrative support and precise logistical coordination. You will provide the quiet authority and structured oversight necessary to manage purchasing cycles and inventory accuracy, ensuring the stable and reliable supply of resources that drive our professional service standards.
A background in administration or logistics with 1–2 years of experience in a purchasing or warehouse environment. Candidates must possess a valid Dutch passport or a valid work permit for Aruba.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel) and specialized inventory management software. Strong technical understanding of procurement administration and logistical flow. Fluent communication in English and Papiamento.
High degree of organizational precision and a solution-oriented mindset. Exceptional attention to detail and reliable administrative judgment.
Excellence in this role is demonstrated by the consistent accuracy of inventory records and the timely processing of procurement requests. Success is measured by the reduction of logistical discrepancies, the maintenance of professional vendor relationships, and the seamless administrative support provided to the broader resort operations.
