Position Highlights

Warehouse Cleaner. As part of the warehouse team, your core purpose is to keep the warehouse clean, safe and orderly so that goods can be stored and moved efficiently. You will look after the beer breakage and empty-can areas, keep floors, aisles and trash cans clean, and lend a hand with repacking products and pulling orders for dock pick-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the beer breakage area and for empty cans
• Aid in the repacking of products, including cleaning products when necessary
• Keep the warehouse and aisles clean, including floors and trash cans
• Pull orders for dock pick-ups when needed
• Personally observe safety and security procedures and the proper use of equipment
• Follow established policies and procedures to keep the warehouse clean, safe and orderly at all times
• Be familiar with the property’s fire and emergency program

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

EPB high school diploma. Fluent in Papiamento. Good physical health. Must hold a Dutch passport or a valid work permit.

Core Skills:

Warehouse cleaning and upkeep of floors, aisles and waste areas. Handling breakage and empty containers. Product repacking and order pulling. A good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.

Soft Skills:

Able to work independently without constant supervision. Dependable and consistent in following policies, procedures and safety rules. Organized, with an eye for a tidy and safe workspace.

Success Metrics

The warehouse, aisles and waste areas are clean, safe and orderly at all times. Breakage and empty cans are handled promptly, repacking and dock pick-up orders are completed when needed, and safety and emergency procedures are consistently followed.
