Position Highlights

Human Resources Recruiter. As a dedicated HR professional, your core purpose is to attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent for the resort. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, process essential documentation, and build strong relationships to help shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and new hire documentation
• Process and monitor work permits through DIMAS
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and HR systems
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

Experience in Recruitment and Human Resources is required. Knowledge of DIMAS work permit procedures is strictly required.

Core Skills:

Strong computer and administrative skills. Excellent organizational skills to seamlessly manage the recruitment lifecycle and maintain HR systems.

Soft Skills:

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Success Metrics

Exceptional talent is successfully attracted, hired, and onboarded. Work permits are processed efficiently and accurately through DIMAS. Recruitment records and HR systems are meticulously maintained, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and supportive hiring experience.
