Position Highlights

Food & Beverage Operations Coordinator. In this multifaceted administrative and strategic role, you serve as the central hub for our culinary and service departments. You will exercise quiet authority and professional enthusiasm to streamline F&B documentation, manage vendor relationships, and oversee critical projects such as new product launches and special events. By ensuring meticulous attention to cost control and guest specialized needs, you support the overall operational stability and excellence of the Divi Resorts brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date F&B documentation, including inventory, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Lead and coordinate a variety of F&B projects, from menu development and special events to new product rollouts.
• Manage procurement workflows and vendor relationships to ensure quality standards and timely delivery of supplies.
• Oversee guest specialized needs, including the tracking of allergies, dietary restrictions, and VIP preferences.
• Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs to ensure operational profitability while maintaining service standards.
• Coordinate dinner reservations and first-night arrival preferences for guests and VIPs.
• Foster seamless cross-departmental communication between F&B, Front Desk, and Housekeeping.
• Support staff training on operational best practices, safety protocols, and health regulations.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is preferred. Candidates must have a valid Health Card and a Dutch Passport or valid work permit for Aruba.

Core Skills:

At least 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations or project management. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools such as Asana or Trello. Strong expertise in cost control, inventory management, and procurement.

Soft Skills:

Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities. A professional, friendly demeanor focused on exceptional guest service. Highly organized with a proactive and self-motivated approach to responsibility.

Success Metrics

Excellence in this role is demonstrated by the precise organization of departmental documentation and the successful execution of F&B projects within established timelines. Success is measured by the accuracy of guest allergy and VIP tracking, the achievement of cost-efficiency targets, and your ability to foster a collaborative and stable environment across all resort outlets.
