Position Highlights

As a Wedding Assistant you will perform a vital role in executing memorable events and elevating the guest experience. Working in an engaging and supportive environment, you will take ownership of client communications, vendor coordination, and administrative support, ensuring that all weddings and related events run flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings and related events, including pre-event consultations, vendor management, setup, and day-of execution.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests.
• Support the administrative workflow by preparing event proposals, contracts, and finalizing billing.
• Maintain highly detailed and accurate event files and administrative records.
• Attend and oversee events on the day, coordinating closely with vendors to ensure all services and products are delivered seamlessly and in a timely manner.

Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Highschool or EPI Diploma, with a minimum of one year of experience in an event planning or coordinator position highly preferred. Applicants must possess a Dutch passport or a valid work permit. Full professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Dutch is strictly required to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.

Core Skills

Essential capabilities include comprehensive event planning, from initial consultations and proposal preparation to finalizing billing and contracts. Strong administrative abilities are necessary, supported by great computer skills to maintain detailed and accurate event files. Expertise in vendor coordination and on-site event execution is also vital to ensure all services are delivered smoothly.

The ideal professional is highly service-oriented and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
