Food & Beverage Cost Controller. In this essential financial and operational role, you act as the steward of departmental efficiency and fiscal integrity. Your core purpose is to monitor, analyze, and optimize costs across our diverse culinary outlets. By providing quiet authority in inventory management and procurement oversight, you ensure that our commitment to high-standard guest experiences remains balanced with sound financial practices.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, supplemented by 1–2 years of experience in hospitality cost control. Candidates must possess a valid Dutch passport or a valid work permit.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized inventory management software. Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and operational trends. Full fluency in English and Papiamento; Dutch or Spanish is a professional asset.
Exceptional organizational precision and a solution-oriented mindset. The ability to communicate financial findings with professional poise and clarity.
Excellence in this role is demonstrated by the consistent accuracy of financial reporting and the successful maintenance of cost targets. Success is measured by the reduction of inventory variances, the identification of actionable cost-saving opportunities, and the seamless coordination between procurement and operational teams to maintain high-quality service standards.
