Bellman. In this highly visible guest service role, you serve as the first point of contact, welcoming international visitors with professional poise and quiet authority. You are responsible for ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience by managing luggage logistics and providing essential resort information with meticulous attention to detail. In this position, you contribute to the operational stability of the front office while maintaining the high standards of warmth and excellence that define the Divi Resorts brand.
Candidates must possess a MAVO High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. A valid Dutch passport or a work permit for Aruba is required. This role requires a strong physical condition to handle active shifts and luggage management.
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Dutch is essential for guest communication. Proven ability to multitask and work independently within a fast-paced resort environment.
A service-oriented and pleasant personality with a focus on organizational precision. High degree of reliability and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
