Delphi Watersports is a leading watersports company on the island with over 30 years of operating experience in the industry. We offer over 15 different water and land activities, including tours and equipment rental. Our main front office location is on the beach in front of the Hyatt Regency hotel. We have customers ranging from repeat-guests to first time visitors to the island. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional client relationship services and providing our guests with unforgettable experiences on the water and on land. Job Description

Our team is looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to drive our commercial efforts and support our diverse guest portfolio. In this role, you will be the bridge between guest interest and the ultimate island adventure. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels—including phone, WhatsApp, and email—guiding guests through our 15+ activities to find the perfect fit for their vacation. This position involves managing lead follow-ups, processing bookings with high accuracy, and coordinating closely with our beach-front team at the Hyatt Regency to ensure a seamless transition from sale to activity. Your goal is to provide professional stability and genuine warmth in every interaction, ensuring our guests feel confident and excited about their choice.

Minimum requirements

• Fluent in English, Dutch, and Spanish (speaking and writing skills)
• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in tourism
• Strong time management and the ability to multitask under pressure
• Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving team sales goals
• Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills
• Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and web applications)

Additional pro’s

• Previous experience with tourism booking engines or CRM software
• Background in watersports or local tour operations
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., German, French, or Portuguese)
• Understanding of local Aruban tourism trends and guest demographics
