Position Overview
Costa Linda Beach Resort is currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations on assigned floors, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the resort’s cleanliness, quality, and service standards.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Room Attendant with strong leadership skills, a friendly personality, and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff on assigned floors
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
- Support, guide, and motivate Room Attendants during daily operations
- Ensure proper use of cleaning products, equipment, and supplies
- Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Assist with scheduling, room assignments, and daily task distribution
- Address guest requests or concerns in a professional and service-minded manner
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, procedures, and safety standards
Education & Qualifications
- Minimum MAVO diploma or equivalent
- At least three (3) years of experience as a Room Attendant
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Service-minded with a friendly, approachable personality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented hospitality environment
