F&B Storeroom Attendant Filled

Bucuti & Tara is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and bright individual to take on the responsibility of the storeroom operations. This role is integral to ensuring that the inventory processes run smoothly and efficiently, with the responsibilities divided between the F&B storeroom and the kitchen storage facility areas. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills to maintain the highest inventory management standards, supporting the overall goal of delivering exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and organize merchandise by requisition, ensuring items are marked appropriately for placement in the storeroom facility.
• Deliver merchandise to the appropriate departments and stack received items on carts.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies, notifying the Purchasing & Receiving Agent of low stock levels on time.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Inspect deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality, and refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
• Adhere to HACCP, food safety, and handling policies and procedures across all food-related areas.
• Organize, clean, and sanitize all refrigerators, freezers, floors, food equipment, and drains.
• Remove empty pallets, cardboard boxes, and trash, placing them in proper waste areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock rotation.
• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required
