Position Highlights
As our Hospitality Supervisor, you lead the front desk and reservations team to ensure every guest interaction is handled with professional poise and efficiency. Your core purpose is to serve as a vital support system for the Hospitality Manager, driving thoughtful process improvements and elevating the guest journey from the initial booking to the final farewell.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily reservations operations, ensuring absolute accuracy and exceptional service standards throughout the booking process.
- Support the Hospitality Manager with comprehensive front desk duties, daily shift management, and strategic team leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements to continuously elevate the overall guest experience and operational flow.
- Train, mentor, and guide Hospitality Agents, fostering a collaborative and welcoming team environment centered on professional growth.
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries with empathy, maintaining high satisfaction levels during stay-related or booking issues.
- Manage administrative reporting, secure payment processing, and property management system (PMS) updates with meticulous precision.
- Facilitate clear, proactive communication between the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless resort operations.
Requirements, Skills & Traits

Requirements: Proven experience in a front desk or reservations supervisory role. Advanced proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS). Full fluency in English. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Core Skills: Strategic reservations management, payment processing security, and comprehensive hospitality reporting. Mastery of front-office administrative workflows and service protocols.

Soft Skills: Natural ability to mentor and motivate multicultural teams. Proactive problem-solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge of Spanish, Dutch, or Papiamento is an asset.
Success Metrics
Sustained accuracy in PMS reporting and reservation data integrity. Demonstrated improvement in guest feedback scores for the front desk experience. Successful completion of training benchmarks and skill development for Hospitality Agents.
