Position Overview
As a Hospitality Agent, you are the welcoming face of Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. Your interactions set the tone for our guests’ entire vacation, turning first impressions into lasting, cherished memories.
You will connect with travelers before they even arrive, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they step into our lobby until their final check-out. We rely on your warmth, efficiency, and genuine care to make every person feel truly valued and at home on Eagle Beach.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the warm and professional primary point of contact for guests from pre-arrival through departure.
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and a welcoming demeanor.
- Anticipate guest needs, provide thoughtful local recommendations, and assist with booking on-island activities.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, thoughtfully resolving any concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain perfectly accurate guest records, process payments securely, and manage daily reservations.
- Collaborate closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest requests are met seamlessly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, concierge, or guest relations role within the hospitality industry.
- Full fluency in English to connect with our international guests; knowledge of Spanish, Dutch, or Papiamento is highly valued.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a naturally welcoming, empathetic demeanor.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and standard computer software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask comfortably in a busy lobby environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.
